These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (as an individual learner) and Learny Labs(operated by an independent software developer and creator, "the Operator," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, accessing our website, or using any part of the Learny Labs smart blackboard tutoring platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Individual Operator Disclosure: Learny Labs is developed, hosted, and operated by an individual independent creator based in Lebanon. It is not an incorporated enterprise or certified academic institution.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

Age Requirements: You must be at least 13 years of age to register an independent account. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that your parent, guardian, or educational instructor has reviewed and consented to these Terms.

1.5 Million Daily Token Fair-Use Ceiling: To guarantee lightning-fast response times, protect infrastructure from automated bot scraping, and maintain equal server availability for all students, every user account is granted a daily fair-use budget of up to 1,500,000 (1.5 Million) AI tokens per 24-hour UTC day.
Daily Reset Window: Your 1.5M daily token budget automatically resets every day at 00:00 UTC. Token consumption tracks input prompts, retrieved syllabus contexts, blackboard cards, and AI generation tokens.
Usage Estimates:Any session durations (e.g., "~5 Hours Live Session") or question quantities (e.g., "~2,700 MCQ Questions") shown on pricing packs represent approximations based on standard dialogue length. Actual credit consumption varies depending on student speaking speed and problem complexity.
Promotional Sales: Time-bounded promotional sales and discount badges configured on credit packs are active only during their specified sale duration dates.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

You own 100% of your content: You retain complete ownership over all study notes, handwritten equations, drawings, uploaded PDF documents, and study questions. You grant Learny Labs only a limited, non-exclusive license to process and render your content to deliver tutoring services to you.

The Learny Labs software, user interface design, blackboard algorithms, and visual branding are the property of the Operator.

7. Acceptable Use & Academic Integrity

You agree not to misuse the platform. Prohibited activities include:

Using the live AI tutor to cheat during live proctored academic examinations in violation of your school's Honor Code.
Automated bot scraping, reverse engineering system prompts, or exploiting API endpoints.
Attempting SQL injection, token forgery, unauthorized access, or DDoS attacks.
Uploading unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or copyright-infringing documents.

8. AI Output & Educational Disclaimers
